Our company

Welcome to PJs 4 Greys! A little business I started with my mum, Carmel, a few years ago when I struggled to keep my greyhound warm. My gorgeous greyhound used to wake me at least three times per night because he wanted me to put his blanket back on.  I tried to find affordable, cute and warm pyjamas that would fit him and I was shocked by the price and decided to convince my Mum to help me make some PJs. We spent a long time tweaking the patterns that she created from scratch. Finally, we created a pair that fit my boy and it was the first winter night that he slept through! We live in Brisbane so I realised that hounds all around the world would be even colder! I shared the PJs on a few greyhound groups on Facebook and people were interested in trying them, so Mum started making for my Facebook friends and I thought it would be nice if she could help keep hounds warm all over Australia so she agreed to sew (and do pretty much everything else excluding the online stuff)!  She has been making doggy PJs since 2017 and we have expanded to also make martingale collars, coats and half PJs.  We have also experimented with fabric choices by creating lightweight, velvet, velour and fluffy PJs and have also experimented with neck styles: fluffy, long and ultra-long necks (similar to a snood). We have made PJs for different breeds (with some success) and have made PJs for dogs who are missing front or back legs. Our Facebook and Instagram includes pictures that our customers have sent us and they are GORGEOUS!
