Sorry, we do not offer exchanges for incorrect size or change of mind.

In the instance that an exchange is agreed to, the following conditions will apply

·       20% restocking fee applies

·       Item is not worn, washed or soiled and no odour

·       Contact us within 2 days of receipt of item

·       Return shipping is your responsibility

 

  

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.  Please enclose a self-addressed satchel for your return items.  We suggest using a trackable shipping service, as we aren’t responsible if your items are lost during the return shipping process.

 

Faulty Items

In the event (however unlikely) that one of our items is faulty (we are only human), please contact us immediately at admin@pjs4greys.com.au 

Please note that we only replace items if they are faulty prior to leaving our store.  We don’t offer exchanges or refunds on items that are considered normal wear and tear.
