WATER RESISTANT COATS - Printed Soft Shell Fleece Fabric is a great fabric made from a blend of 97% polyester and 3% spandex. The addition of spandex gives this fabric a good stretch. It is also breathable and comfortable. This fabric gives good warmth and is suitable for colder months.
